Dijon mustard is a strong mustard with an international reputation. As in the past, it is made by the Moutarderie Fallot from brown mustard seeds and vinegar. Here, it is blended with honey for sweetness and balsamic vinegar to enhance its acidity. This mustard will delight lovers of sweet and sour combinations.

Ideal with white meats and fish.
