LA DELICATE, shamefully mellow. In the SILVAIN family, we ask for La Délicate. The soft white nougat is our customers’ favorite. Smooth and delicate, it sublimates roasted almond and lavender honey. It’s a demanding nougat, requiring no less than 2 hours’ cooking in a bain-marie.
