Blackcurrant pearls are composed of a blackcurrant fruit paste, enveloped in a delicate layer of marzipan, then covered with a creamy chocolate.

Ingredients:

Blackcurrant fruit paste 41% (fruit pulp 20.5% (blackcurrant 8.5%, pear William des Hautes Alpes 7%, apricot Orangé de Provence 5%), sugar, wheat glucose syrup, natural blackcurrant flavouring, gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid, natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring), MILK chocolate 20.5% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOJA lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), white chocolate 20.5% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, anhydrous MILK fat, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), almond paste 14.5% (ALMONDS, sugar, stabilizers: sorbitol and acacia gum, bitter almond essential oil), glazing agents: acacia gum and shellac, natural blackcurrant flavor, colorants: E129*and E132.
